Very easy to communicate with. John was very fast and punctual. Very reasonably priced. The traveled 45 minutes from Sheldon to my home to do a job that took about 10 minutes. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sparks! Thank you guys so much!

I have used Sparks for both business and residential . They have a great team and are very good at what they do. My dad is an hour away and no one had the keys necessary to make copies for him and they did ! Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. No stars what so ever, it wouldn't let me post without 1 star. On 2/27/18 I called to try and have a digital lock put on the front door of a business in a very small town. Took him weeks to even show up and look at it and give me options. Because we are in the middle of no where Iowa he didn't have much for lock smith options. I picked what we wanted and told him to order it. I've called once a week every week. Many phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. It is now 9/13/18 and I was told that it would be installed 9/10/18. This is just another time I've been lied to about this service. DO NOT USE THEM! It's a waste of time with horrible customer service.
