Called and got through right away and had availability for the next morning which was great! What wasn’t was how he didn’t show or call… I finally texted him asking when I could expect him to arrive at which point he was extremely rude and condescending and offered no apology that he ghosted me. Cannot recommend.

I called over the weekend to schedule a repair for my home light fixture. He was very patient in answering my questions and carefully studied the issue after looking at the photos I sent. Following his instructions, I bought a new light bulb and fixed it myself. He didn’t even charge me a penny. Truly a very responsible and nice person—I’ll definitely go back to him next time I have an issue.
