Spartan Exterior Cleaning

Previous owner of the home he bought hired Spartan Exterior to clean my gutters, paid in full, and was shocked to find out the job was never done — despite the invoice claiming all gutters were cleaned. When we contacted them, they came back only to say they “couldn’t clean them because of leaf guards,” which makes no sense because that should have been mentioned before taking payment or marking the job as completed. After that, they stopped responding entirely. No follow-up, no solution, no refund, nothing. This was unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company — if they say a job is done, double-check it, because in my case it simply wasn’t. Ask for proof

We contacted Brandon with Spartan after a previous window washer left us with a horrible mess on the entire exterior of all the windows; and we are so happy we did!! When I complained to the previous window washing company about a terrible residue left behind after they finished, they told us that our new windows were not cleanable and it would likely require acid to remove the residue left behind after they washed them (claiming a chemical used in the manufacturing process created the problem). After several recommendations from community members to try Spartan, we decided to give Brandon a shot.
