Spartan Home Services installed my solar and battery backup system. This company is amazing and I could not have ask for anything more! Dayne walked me through the whole process, kept in touch with me continuously through each step and was extremely prompt with returning a phone call or text message. He really goes above and beyond to answer any and all questions or concerns! I was never left wondering “what happens next”. Spartan has several contacts throughout the installation process and every person I have spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their specific area. Dane, Robert, Joel, Jose, Jose and Carissa were amazing. From the initial visit for estimate by Dane all the way through the project the communication from Dane, Carissa and Robert was great. I appreciated even the text of we are just waiting for the rain to stop. Robert, Joel,Jose and Jose did a great job. They even left the property/yard cleaner than they started. We had a great experience working with Forrest from Spartan Home Services on our roofing and solar project. From the very first appointment, Forrest was knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to work with. He walked us through all of the calculations in detail to make sure we had the right amount of solar and battery capacity so we could minimize what we pay to PG&E. Let me open my comments here with the understanding that I normally never post about my experience with others. Today is an exception. At 78 I’ve experienced much in regards to sales people and their ways to get me to purchase things they were selling. It’s not to say all sales people are bad, but in most cases they will tell you what they think you want to hear. When I invited the Spartan rep to stop by the house I took my standard stance, watch and listen and see how hard he/she would push to get me to buy. The rep turned out to be Steve Follett, he was nicely dressed and presented himself with a demeanor that made me feel comfortable right off the bat.
