These guys were incredibly professional and patient. Alan and the installation team were always taking time to explain what was going on, answering questions about the process, and taking the time to make me comfortable with everything happening. The installation ran into unexpected and unforseen challenges. The crew immediately stopped to let me know what was going on and explain the alternatives, and were always making everything “right”. These guys even scrub the floor clean afterwards on their hands and knees, and covered everything in plastic during the install to protect from dust. Noticed cracks in bedroom walls, and across basement floor. Contacted Si Martin with Spartan Ram Jack who came to my home and looked at the damage. He took precise measurements and developed a plan to use piers under my foundation to lift my home back to the original level. The entire crew was friendly, on time, and very professional. Their pricing was the best of 4 estimates, and I was kept informed of their progress every step of the way. My home is now back to original measurements, and most cracks are barely noticeable.
