I'm sure this company does great work and this review is for communication/professionalism only. I called for a quote on pool installation. When I called I got directed to another line which then picked picked up. I asked if it was possible to get a quote for a pool assembly and got the answer of "no" to which I had to ask if it was the correct number. I then leared, because of my questions, that they just weren't accepting anymore work due to being swamped. While I 100% respect the honesty, the more professional way to handle this could have simply been an answer of "I'm sorry, we aren't taking on any new clients at this time due to an overload in work" verse just saying "no".

Super helpful. Help me solve the problem over the phone. Very knowledgeable. Gave great advice.. Would highly recommend.
