Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a supply house collection team. All they want to do is bully you and force you into bad situations. We had a minor past due debt that we were making payments on. We had a payment bounce “because things have been tough and we explained that!” But still we made payments as recently as the week before and explained we wanted to continue. The collection lady Melinda threaded to call homeowner’s, hand deliver, lien notices, and hid behind the store reps without any real discussions only threats! I know for a fact I’m not the only contractor suffering right now but there is no need to try and just make things worse, especially when you see consistent payments recently!!!
