I hired SPEC Contractor Services for a concrete restoration project, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the outset, the communication was poor and the project quickly fell behind schedule. What was promised as a straightforward timeline turned into repeated delays with very little explanation or accountability. Even more concerning was the budget — the final cost far exceeded the original estimate, with unexpected charges added along the way and no clear justification. I understand that projects can encounter issues, but the lack of transparency and failure to manage expectations made this situation much worse. Greg and his company have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Our building has undergone a major renovation that included concrete balcony replacement and restoration as well as all of the work that was needed from the hurricanes in 2022. Anytime we needed help with any aspect of the project, SPEC was always there to lend a hand and to make our life easier. James who was the onsite supervisor was also a diamond in the ruff. Without James and his ability to run the job like it was his own, we may have been in a different position. Everyone at SPEC delivered both a fantastic and on-time completion of a well planned renovation of our 10 story condominium building. Beautiful work guys!

at least 6 target dates for completion for just one side of our building missed!!! blaming everybody but themselves for the slow work they do…blaming owners for not changing scope of work after project started that they agreed to do but wanted to change the scope in less than a month in the project…our renters and owners see the workers on cell phones more than working. We have seen workers just act like they are running jack hammers for the noise just to appear like there is work going on…they are a joke!

Spec was very professional and cared about its customers. Thorough in there duties and willing to take extra time to go the extra mile.
