Spec1 Inspection Services

Very thorough. My home inspection report was almost 80 pages of notes and pictures. Jake was on time and walked me through his findings before leaving. I was recommended to him by someone else who used him and I would highly recommend to anyone who is purchasing a house and needs an inspection.

Jake is prompt, polite, very thorough, and knowledgeable about houses. Since he is a fire-fighter, he conducts his inspections with a safety in mind. He takes the time to go over the inspection afterwards, and will explain his findings/answer any questions you have. I have had 2 houses inspected by Jake, and will do so again in the future (if I move again).

I cannot recommend Jake enough. Very responsive, he shows up early and gest right after it. The guy is extremely knowledgeable about houses, almost shockingly so, but that shouldn't surprise me as he is a full time firefighter. There was not a square foot of the property that he missed. Just for reference, he took over 500 pictures of an 800 square foot house. Really above and beyond. He found stuff I didn't even consider. I learned a lot from him, and I will absolutely be going through him again!

If you want kind, honest, reliable, inspection you have made the correct choice. This company did our daughter's home inspection it saved her from purchasing a home that had termite damage, old water damage , electrical, HVAC, dish washer , water heater problems.The report and summery was professionally written with pictures included, The report was emailed to us with in 48 hours. The roof , windows , plumbing, faucets , toilets, siding ,painting was mentioned and so much more. Very impressed with the high quality of Spec1 inspection service.

We couldn't be any happier with Jake as our home inspector. He is very responsive & his inspection reports are extremely detailed. He includes a lot of photos which is very helpful when you are out of state. He saved us from purchasing a property that would have had a lot of costly surprises.
