Andrew was extremely helpful, honest and fair. We had a last minute faucet issue with a leak and he came same day and fixed it seamlessly. He then provided expert advice on other projects we had in mind and offered sensible solutions with our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Special Ops Plumbing Saved My Shower (and My Sanity) So I thought I was being handy. There was a little leak from the tub spout, and I figured, “No big deal — probably just the cartridge.” Famous last words. Next thing you know, the screw that holds the handle to the valve is stripped beyond salvation. Like, whoever installed this thing used a medieval torture technique disguised as plumbing hardware. It refused to budge. Andrew shows up, calm as ever, and basically says, “Yeah, we’re gonna have to go full send on this.” Long story short, the handle got sawed off like a bad breakup and we ended up ripping open the wall like it owed us money. Turns out, the whole system was made of PVC — aka the dollar store version of plumbing. Andrew looks at it, shakes his head like a disappointed dad

First off, when you call Andrew at Special Ops, he actually answers the phone, thus allowing a conversation to address the situation and finding out he’ll be there as soon as he can! Upon arrival, he’s very respectful of your property, and can now look firsthand at the problem, and rest assured he’s not going to add any unnecessary plumbing or accessories, but rather get the job fixed correctly, check and re-check it’s in perfect order, and all at a price very reasonable! I highly recommend Andrew for any and all your plumbing needs, and so glad I found him, as he’s now ‘my’ plumber! (plus, he’s a helluva nice guy! 🙂
