Specialty Air Conditioning

Our heat strips were in our HVAC unit were not working during a snow storm. Nathaniel came despite the snow and cold and got it fixed and our house warm again. He is kind and respectful and stands by his work.

I had called several HVAC companies to come out to service our system and Nathan was the first to respond. When he arrived, he immediately tried upselling other systems even though our unit is not even 3 years old. He supposedly ran some tests and said that he needed a thermal camera and would have to come back out with it. Never came. I called and left several voicemails with no call back. I then had a second company come out today and said there was a leak which Nathan told me there wasn't any. He has not been reliable and definitely will not have me as a customer!

100 % recommend! Very kind people, fast service, best of all, he’s honest. We had 3 different companies come to give us estimates or see if they could fix our heat, all 3 said it needed totally replaced. Turns out it was fixable!

We are new to the area and when we started having issues with heat I looked online like we all do and saw the high ratings and made the call. He came out to the house within a couple of hours. He introduced himself, we talked and then he got busy. After his inspection he took his time explaining the situation, answering my questions and then told me he would have to order some parts and that it would be a couple of days but we could get by with emergency heat until then. The parts showed up in a couple of days just as he said and he was out to the house shortly after. You make a phone call to a company you know nothing about to an area your still unfamiliar with and you hope it works out. Nathan was professional and personable and I would recommend him all day long, give him a call you won

After dealing with another HVAC company that couldn't get my water source AC to cool, I contacted Specialty Air Conditioning. Nate came out that same day and had my unit cooling in no time, ordered a part, installed it at a later time and flushed the geothermal system. Knowledge and reliability are A++! I'll definitely be recommending them.
