Spectrum Carpet Cleaning & Restoration

For starters, I didn’t even know this was a thing — a company that will actually come pick up your area rug and move furniture to retrieve it. That alone impressed me. I have an expensive rug that I was this close to getting rid of and replacing after getting a two-month-old puppy who repeatedly peed on it during potty training. The urine smell was terrible and was honestly stinking up my entire apartment. I truly thought the rug was ruined. Luckily, I found Spectra Carpet Cleaning & Restoration, and I’m so glad I did. Posting this under 5 stars since I have used the service before and they clean better than me when I have an ADHD cleaning focus. But I saw a cord dragging on the ground outside of the back of one of your trucks and just had to let you know since it can cause a potential fire hazard if plugged in faulty. The licence plate ended in 7701 I believe

Kudos to Christopher at Spectrum! 22 yrs of kids and dog stains were gone out of my griege builder grade carpet. I was on the fence about replacing the carpet but glad I had them cleaned and saved $$$ The folks at Spectrum kept me informed about service times. Christopher was on time, polite, took the time to explain some of the issues with my carpet and did a fantastic job getting in all the nooks and crannies. Will def be using them again😉

We have used Spectrum numerous times and have always been extremely happy. The customer service is impeccable and their work is unmatched. We’ve had them clean carpets, stretch carpets, and install padding and new tack strips. Daniel works hard and takes pride in his work. We look forward to hiring them again when needed.
