Not really pleased with this company. Have talked to Crown Pointe Association on this company. Talked to one of the Forman on the the fact our Neighbors next to us had there downspouts removed and wall behind them painted. Yet the excuse was ours didn’t need any replacement parts. To be honest I wouldn’t pay until the job is done correctly. Which as you can see in the pictures there is over spray. Areas of sloppy work on all the homes they did. But to further add. Spectrum Contracting also cut corners on over 9 houses by painting around the downspouts. I haven’t received any reply with Crown Pointe Association. Which is wrong. But this is the kind of work they are willing to hire. Then the home owners are being treated as doormats! More should complain. But don’t hire the cutting corner c

Our Naples condo association hired Spectrum for a large concrete restoration, painting, and beautification process. It was a BIG job for us, however, Spectrum's working team was absolutely fabulous.
