Spectrum Internet Service - Charlotte

I have been with them since 2020 and I am not sure why. You shouldn’t have to call to get a lower price for your internet. $85 is a lot for having frequent outages, terrible customer service and no assistance. They told me it was my router so I got a new one. Still had issues. They told me it was my router getting a new one. It took them 3 weeks to finally offer for a technician to come out who wouldn’t be able to come out for another 3 weeks after that. For $85 a month for just basic internet… they are price gauging and taking advantage of people. Why do I have to call to get a better price? That is terrible service. I am already in the process of switching because here in Charlotte I now have choices and I would totally recommend someone else other than spectrum. Taking money and not wan

We spent time creating an account and setting up billing online in advance. All we needed was to pick up equipment and are required to wait in line behind people that have no idea what they are doing. Absolutely least customer focused and least efficient process I have ever seen. 30 minutes after arriving and not a single customer has been completed. It’s like a perfect storm of corporate and employee incompetence. Same story at the Kannapolis store too. We should have been here for 2 minutes.

I recently visited Spectrum Internet Mobile to purchase a new mobile device, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and efficient. A special shoutout to Eric, who went above and beyond in helping me. He took the time to walk me through all the available offers, helped me save money, and made sure everything was set up correctly and quickly. Spectrum internet is the worst. Do not buy unless you like slow connection and frequent internet outages. My internet is down as of me writing this. Happens every other month.

One person working while two people wander around doing nothing. It takes hours to see anyone.
