Spectrum Paint

I ordered a gallon of Benjamin Moore VOC interior paint. It was a small project however I was treated as if I were a large order customer.. Jake was helpful, courteous and professional. I will get all my painting needs there in the future.

Spectrum is a one stop shop. They have everything, and I mean everything you need under one roof. The contractor pricing is fantastic. They carry Benjamin Moore ( in my opinion the best), PPG, and their own line. Hunter is one of the best paint reps around. The staff jumps on your order swiftly and they do not push you to buy items you do not need. 5 stars all around. I am happy to put my name behind Spectrum Paints!

Spectrum on Pelham road (this actual location) has a great store that is well-lit, clean and has a good selection of paint panels and tools. The staff does the right things the right way. Craig is very responsive, calling me back even when I have not left a voicemail. Consider that - reaching out proactively to a customer. He also spent the time to help me select and color match on half a dozen selections of solid stain. They do great work.

I cannot endorse this company. Not only because of the way they mistint paint and forget customer matches, but because they have no loyalty to new or existing clients. I had an issue with multiple mistints on a big project, they blamed the painters and refused to help with payment of the rework. Sadly, this command came from the top down. The higher ups in this company have no morals or values when it comes to how they treat people. Whether it's yelling at local Sherwin Williams employees in front of others or not having their painter's backs, this company does not deserve your business.

As a paint contractor this has been one of the best places to go. Great products and great staff.. highly recommend!!!
