I had an extremely disappointing experience with spectrum HVAC . Their installation of my air conditioning system was rushed and unprofessional, resulting in a major failure in the compressor. They ignored warnings from their technician about potential issues. Even worse, they didn't remove old refrigerant from the new system and refused to acknowledge their mistake. The receptionist's disrespectful attitude when I sought resolution was unacceptable. On the hottest weekend, they offered me an appointment a week later, leaving my home sweltering. I've complained to the warranty company and filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid this company at all costs.

Talk about horrible customer service. Whoever answers their phone, who refused to give her name is the worse to ever speak to. I made her aware that it was an emergency because of the kids at home, I was fine with taking an appointment 4 days out but was not fine with her tone of voice and her attitude. I would have waited the 4 days and worked around the time frame given but I was not okay with her attitude over the phone. This lady made me aware that if I needed to cancel call to avoid cancellation fees (great thanks for letting me know) and so I did call back about 5 minutes later after I found someone else that can come in within 24 hours, gave her my name as asked and made her aware I was canceling, any one with good customer services would say no problem, thank you. But I do not get

Randy Smith did an outstanding job restoring our heat, getting the parts under our current warranty. He was timely, responsive and thoroughly diagnosed the problem with our system. He got it up and running immediately to restore heat. He then got the warranty parts the following day and installed them. He also made recommendations on the right thermostat to get because of a compatibility issue with the one we have. Since then, the system has never run better. His pricing was up front and was fair. I will use Spectrum going forward for all of my HVAC needs.

2-10 home warranty referred me to them customer service is not good . The wait time is not worth it & the tech has to call in to get advice and instructions on conduct repairs. Smh 🤦‍♂️

so guy was nice who came but my heater was working so just said that this has happened before and has no idea why. then I had no heat all weekend- couldn't get through to them- figured out after 2 days that my thermostat on the wall just needed new batteries- I called to tell them- they should really know this when checking a system and should reimburse me
