Spectrum Store

Absolutely ridiculous experience at the Spectrum store in Irving. I called ahead and was clearly told that 200 Mbps and 500 Mbps internet speeds were available at my apartment. That’s the whole reason I went to the store. Then when I get there, suddenly they say only 1000 Mbps is available. So which one is it? It honestly feels like they just make things up as they go. One department says one thing, the store says another. No accountability, no explanation — just “this is what we have.” Stop misleading customers. Stop giving false information just to get people in the door. This is a complete waste of time and shows zero professionalism. Do better.

Today i was at this location regarding some work happen coz of their employee mistake ! And I was trying to get help but this employee Yuvia Lopez she was kind of rude and nasty ! She was laughing on my matters ! And not getting my point even I repeating again and again ! Think is one of there agent did not cancel my previous address service even I was personally with my friend at that place even I ask her is that service matter is closed coz my friend is leaving for milliary ! He won’t be in Texas do he have to sign or anything they said no no u guys are good its solved ! When I check my bank account transactions they were charged me 58$ almost for 2 months and I call spectrum customer service about and he told me that service is not cancel ! I returned my equipment (Modem and Router) at the store as a Walk In customer. I was attended in less than a minute wait time. The team member who helped me with the return told me that an email confirmation will come by in 15-20 mins. I didn't wait at the store. No email came even by next day noon. I walked in to the store again today(next day), there was a waiting list but the staff was attending to all customers promptly. I was attended with a little wait and the staff member provided a physical receipt of the return. Making a second return was undesirable however the promptness and service was up to mark.

I do not recommend this location. It feels like the employees are not interested in helping and often make excuses. During my previous visit, I asked for instructions regarding my internet moving, but they did not provide correct information. I had to contact an online agent afterward, who helped me with everything properly. Today, I went back to return my modem after being told to drop it off at a nearby Spectrum store since I received a new modem at my new location. Unfortunately, I had another bad experience. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes and stand in line just to drop off the modem. Overall, the customer service here has been very disappointing.

The ladies working there hate their life and don’t want to help you. Whispered my name for a “last call” said she called me 3 times which was a lie because I heard everyone else’s name get called loud and clear. A customer left and the man walked around looking for her calling her name. So rude and laughed when she couldn’t do anything to help me. Someone needs to train this nasty lady.
