We had an amazing experience with JR and his garage door company! From the very first message, JR went above and beyond. He answered my text on a Sunday and was here first thing Monday morning at 8am to fix our garage door. He was polite, professional, and super knowledgeable, and the price was very fair for the excellent work he did. What really stood out was his customer service — today he even surprised us with Crumbl cookies as a thank you for choosing his services! 🤗 That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and truly appreciated. We recently had to replace both garage door springs within a two week period. JR was there day of or day after and had great communication. Repairs were done quickly and efficiently. JR was kind and respectful and explained what needed repaired and gave an estimated lifespan for new product/repair. I’m not a garage door expert but the doors goes up and down smoothly again. Three days before Christmas and my garage door broke without any warning. Rollers popped off, brackets broke, hardware was missing and I couldn't get the garage to manually close on it's own. I called up JR from Speedee Garage Door Repair and he lived up to this name because he was at my house within an hour! Not only did he give me an incredibly fair and reasonable price, but he got my door completely functional again within 45 minutes! He went above and beyond and made sure to balance and grease my door, as well. I was so relieved and incredibly grateful for JR's help! We called JR first thing this morning for a snapped spring. He was over by lunch and had the door fixed in under 45 minutes. He also adjusted and lubed both garage doors. His price was very reasonable. JR is a great guy. Don't hesitate to give him a call!
