Attempted to buy stainless from them a few months ago in advance for a job. When it came time to run the job I realized they sent me regular cold roll steel. After bringing it to their attention I was told not their problem. Me and father run a small machine shop we’re not big so they don’t care. If you’re a small shop stay clear of this place. If they send you the wrong material they won’t make it right. Awful company.

Ordered some standard sized flatstock from this company. Took 2 months for them to complete, went to pick it up and they said they put it back and have to re cut it lol. Don’t order steel here

I ordered a single cast iron rod online then received a call the next day stating it was ready for pickup. The two guys who assisted me were polite and nice. Handed me the part, asked for a signature, and that was that. The price wasn't too bad either
