Speedy Rooter installed my new septic system. They did a great job from start to finish. The crew that does septics systems are pros. They walked me thru the whole process every step of the way and had to work around issues that we had. Inspection came and went without a hitch. Also there office was very communicative when it came to scheduling. They had some holdups on there other jobs and they kept me informed the whole time. Be prepared in this market. It is normal. Also, they kept me up to date with the cost as we were going thru weekly. Thanks again Speedy Rooter!

I called Speedy Rotor to clear a slow drain. Simple job, right? WRONG. First off, they showed up over an hour late with zero notice or apology. The technician looked completely unprepared—no proper tools, no drop cloths, and no clue what he was doing. After poking around for 15 minutes, he said I needed a full sewer line replacement for $5,000. For a slow drain. I had a bad feeling, so I sent him packing and called another plumber. Guess what? It was a basic clog. Fixed in under 30 minutes for $150. Speedy Rotor tried to take me for a ride with a completely made-up diagnosis. Scammy, rude, and careless. Complaint Review: (Speedy Rooter inc) I hired [Speedy Rooter inc.] to repair/replace my drain field, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was poor — I rarely received updates, and when I did, they were vague or conflicting. The job took far longer than promised, and deadlines kept getting pushed back without explanation. On top of that, the quality of the work is questionable. After they claimed the project was complete, I noticed persistent issues with drainage, and when I contacted them to come back and address it, they were unresponsive and dismissive. For the amount of money I paid, I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead I’ve been left with more problems than I started with. I cannot recommend this company. If
