I would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone looking for a repair company. This is my 2nd estimate and Spencer has been 10 times more thorough than the 1st estimate. Very friendly technician and very nice receptionist!

Spencer heating and air conditioning installed both when we built my new house 22 years ago . They did an outstanding job . In those 22 years they have been back twice for some minor age and usage related repairs. I have always been very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Brian, the owner has always been on sight . Having been a business owner I have dealt with many various contractors for both home and business, I would put Spencer Heating and Air at the top along with Bauer Brothers plumbing, both excellent companies. Their service after the initial installation has been great!! I highly recommend.

Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning installed my Air Conditioner 2 years ago - system developed tiny pressure leak due to other attic work. Spencer responded within an hour with a tech who was knowledgeable and efficient. Repair was made, system charged and I am good to go again in less that 3 hours. Great service all around!

They went above and beyond, taking time to answer any question I had and giving me advice. They even made it here during a snow storm. I have been dealing with Spencer Heating and Air Conditioning (formerly Mel Shapes ) for over twenty years. They had fixed my oldest furnace when I moved into my house . Since then they have installed two new furnaces since I have lived in my house over 25 years. Today my daughters furnace stopped working and they came on a emergency call to get her furnace fixed on a Sunday. As usual they did a great job and did not overcharge as some other companies do.
