I’ve used Spencer for 20+ years. Easy to schedule, always on time and professional. I never feel like I’m being sold on anything not needed. Alex is thorough and respectful of property. Ben has been here many times, and services my parent’s home, and always does a great job as well.

I had Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning come out today to give me an estimate of what my home needs to be up to code, Replace my units (one is out completely), and repair my duct work in attic to improve air flow to all bedrooms. These folks are great! everyone i have ever worked with is very competent, and polite and prompt. They take good notes, so if my usual guy isnt able to come the other tech is able to pick up on their previous notes. Ther front office is great too !

In August 2024, they replaced our 15-year old attic HVAC system. Last week, they replaced our 16-year old basement HVAC. We are very pleased with both systems. Alex performed our seasonal tune-ups last week. He arrived promptly, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting our 16-year old basement furnace. He diagnosed the problem; our heat exchanger had a hole and a few cracks. He showed me photos. The unit could not be repaired; replacement was the only option.
