Love Mr. Spencer! Our first interaction with him was in the middle of last summer (2018). Our AC stopped working, it was over 100 outside and we have small children as well as someone with really bad breathing/lung problems. We had called several places and no one could get to us until 2 or 3 days later. Called Spencer Mechanical and he was at our house within 2 hours and had us up and running about an hour later. Didn't even charge us for an emergency or after hours repair! We already knew we'd need a new unit likely sooner rather than later and what do ya know.....happened again this past summer. Again, he came out on the same day and fixed us right on up. We went ahead and hired him to install our new unit. Him and his crew did amazing work! Mr. Spencer called and came by on several occ

Came to my home and was going to change out my thermostat for AC unit. Mr Spencer took the unit off the wall and got confused with the order of the wires. He installed a new thermostat that he was having trouble to wire correctly. Me Spencer then apparently shorted out the transformer for the air conditioning unit. Mr Spencer then took the thermostat off the wall and left the wires sticking out in the hall and said. “ I have other calls today. I’ll see you in a few days.” I have never met anyone as incompetent as Mr. SPENCER was.

I highly recommend Spencer Mechanical Service for anyone in need of heating unit system installation. Good prices compared to other services. They are a reliable and trustworthy choice, and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Mr Spencer is amazing. His company is professional and courteous, and they really follow thru to make sure that all equipment is operating correctly and that you are satisfied. Above and beyond service. Mr Spencer personally makes sure we are taken care of and that his product is performing as expected. Highly recommend.
