After a nightmareish week without hot water, and dealing with an unprofessional plumbing company contracted by the home warranty company, I was absolutely at the end of my patience. My contractor put me in touch with Mike Spencer and told him what had been happening. Mike went out of his way to check my old water heater just in case it could be repaired, and then when it couldn't, drove and got a replacement and installed it, all in an afternoon. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was, especially after spending a week boiling pots of water on the stove for hours every afternoon. Wow! What great blessing Mike Spencer was to my family. I called, Spencer’s Plumbing, in dire need of help with water heater that refused to stay lit. Mike was very busy and kindly offered his help over the phone- no charge! His directions worked! Mr. Spencer has no clue who we were.
