I highly recommend Spence's! We've been using them for a little over a year now, and they have helped us out immensely. They are quick to respond if we ever need a treatment outside of their scheduled quarterly visits. Their exterminators are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to suggest helpful ways to keep the bugs at bay. Kid and pet friendly, too!

I'm a full-time RVer. I caught a bug on the bed of my RV, put it in a bag, and took a picture of it. I had called quite a few pest control places and they all said it was a termite that had come into the RV from the spring swarm and that I shouldn't be worried. Spence took one look at the photo and told me I had a powder post beetle problem. Unlike every other pest control I had contact, Spence told me to bring the RV over to his shop so that he could inspect. I brought my RV and he inspected, had a handy person take a panel from the RV, and was able to show me that I wasn't crazy, but in fact, had a powder post beetle problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. We had a huge issue to deal with and had been fighting this battle for a year. I can honestly say that it was traumatizing! Within approximately 2 weeks, this company completely eradicated the problem and still came out 3 or 4 more times just to follow up and did not charge us another dime. They also called us every week in between visits to check on how things were going. This company is professional, efficient, reasonably priced. The owner and staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure YOU are not only pleased with the work, but comfortable in your home, as well. I'll never use any other company again. Highly, highly recommend.

I was pretty bummed when I found out I might have termites in my remodeled 1920 house - especially since my crawl space is pretty inaccessible. But these guys found a way to treat my home. I appreciate the transparency Mr Spence granted me right off the bat. When he realized it was going to be a tricky home to treat, he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and find a creative solution that was still affordable compared to other possible solutions. On game day, after the bottom siding boards were removed and they were able to see the entire crawl space, my price actually went down by about 15%! And still, he worked with me to break up the total sum into several payments. They showed up when scheduled and did exactly what he described - all the while educating me on the process -

I would not recommend this business. The owner was rude and not helpful. There are better options in the area that appreciate my business and are kind to me.
