They do everything. Had a massive roof installed by them on the building I work at, perfect. They fixed a busted pipe in my well, perfect. Recently my water heater went out, they replaced it for me next day at a fair price. I also have several friends who use them for their rental properties, and everyone always has the same great experience. Would recommend Spencer and his crew to anyone.

Spencer and crew did a very professional and beautiful installation of a new roof for our cottage. They assessed our old leaking roof which had not been properly installed when our cottage was built 15 years ago (not by Spenco). The new roof now has the proper structure beneath so that it will not leak. It's a beautiful green tin one that looks great! They are a fine roof company and one I recommend. We live in Madison County.

Spencer is concerned and responsive willing to address every issue we brought up and to go the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied, No arguments just rapid and accurate attempts to make things right. The crew worked hard and we ended up with a perfect and good looking roof. We are totally satisfied.
