I had a fantastic experience with Spenco Roofing. They did an outstanding job replacing our gutters. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. They handle all of the insurance, which is a great relief off of the homeowner. Friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any question I had. The crew was very respectful of my property, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. You can tell they take pride in their work. We had a great experience with Spenco Roofing. Coby and his team were professional, reliable and reasonable. Communication was excellent. We knew exactly UP FRONT what work would be done, what it would cost, and they worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure we got exactly what we needed covered. The roofers showed up exactly when we were told they would and finished the work in one day with minor follow-up the next. Our house had original shingles so they had to be removed and then new shingles placed. The roofers thoroughly cleaned up the mess to the point you couldn't even tell they were here. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. Excellent customer service!!

Our GC contracted with Spenco, who replaced our roof. Our project was a little tougher than most, since our roof was a membrane that needed to be gabled in parts and all new decking everywhere else. The only complaint I have is that when they pulled our old roof off, they took our porch covering and didn't replace it or give us any gutters. We don't have a garage entry, so we have to stand outside in the rain to enter our home, the sun heats our front door up and heats up the entry, since it faces West, there's nowhere dry to put packages when it rains and the small flower bed by the front door floods every time it rains.
