I contacted Spetz plumbing three weeks ago to have a gas line installed to the kitchen. I received an immediate response from Elaina and I proceeded to set up the initial service call to have an estimate put together. I was updated every step of the way through email and text, including when the technician would arrive. Since the estimate was in the ballpark (but slightly over what we had budgeted), I decided to go with them because Bill, who came out, appeared to be a straight-shooter and explained the installation process. I set up the installation the day after the new gas range was to be delivered so that the line could be put in and connected in one-go. Spetz relocated a toilet in our hallway bathroom. Michael initially quoted our project. He was quick, efficient, answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Bill completed the work - he was always on time, professional, and easy to work with. He was able to complete the project with minimizing the size of the holes in the wall to relocate the plumbing, I was expecting much larger holes. Christine and Elaina sent communications keeping me up to date when they would be arriving and were quick to respond to communication when I reached out. Overall it was a great experience, everyone was super pleasant!

Very happy with our overall experience. Bill showed up when expected, did excellent work and was always friendly. It was easy and convenient to schedule appointments and when any scheduling conflict arose Elaina always found a quick solution. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent, responsive plumbing company with reasonable pricing (waaay less than the last plumbing outfit we used), high quality work, great communication and wonderful staff. This is our new go to plumbing company. Wish we had found them earlier! Would highly recommend Spetz Plumbing!!
