Sphere Garage Door Repair

Li came today to fix my garage door because it wouldn’t close. We decided to take it off the motor and use it in manual mode since we’re working on doing a garage conversion soon and don’t want to fix it as we won’t be using it after the conversion. He installed this lock with a lever that’s so easy to use to secure it so it’s locked. It’s working great!! He was so professional and helpful and he knows his stuff. He even showed up this morning 10 mins early and did the service quickly, which was a nice surprise too!

Terrible experience with Sphere Garage Door Repair – Do NOT use them! I will never use Sphere Garage Door Repair again, and I warn anyone who asks me to NEVER use them. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They sent a technician last month on a Saturday morning to fix my garage door. Everything seemed fine at first, but then he left around 11 a.m. saying he’d be "right back"—only to leave my garage door halfway open, propped up with a paint bucket and with two long metal wires sticking out. He didn’t return until 7:30 p.m., after I made dozens of calls to the company and got inconsistent stories: "He’s picking up rare parts," "He went to another job," and even "His car broke down." None of this excuses leaving my garage door in that unsafe condition fo

Luke was great! He arrived on time, very knowledgeable, and forthcoming on how the whole system works. He had no issue explaining every detail of why our system had issues and made sure we were satisfied. He was professional, quick, provided an excellent service. Great service. Adam and his team were very knowledgeable. Just moved into the house was told garage door worked but turned out it didn't so had to have it replaced. They explained all the functions and differences. Helped us make a good choice and also offered other maintenance to help us keep door running.
