This family owned and operated business checks all the boxes! My home is properly and carefully maintained with the services Spic and Span offers. My neighbor has employed Yelina for home cleaning for a number of years, so after I moved in and was ready, Yelina and her parents are now a staple for the inside care of my home. More recently, Yelina’s husband, Dayron, power washed my lanai, with beautiful results!!! Looks brand new, and not a weed in sight. Today Dayron and Yelina’s father in law are cleaning the windows both inside and outside and again, so much care to make sure the job is done perfectly! I had Dayron clean this entryway that had been badly neglected. He did a great job cleaning up the mold and mildew that had built up for years. I highly recommend him. I just had Dayron clean our parking lot again after 3 months. The build up was very noticeable and looks great again. I plan on keeping him on schedule to keep it looking great. Proper maintenance will save us money and continue to look great.
