Spiffy Bin LLC - Garbage Bin and Can Cleaning

I wasn’t sure how necessary this service was until I got it. My 10 year old trash cans look impressively good as new, I really didn’t like old dirty cans attracting bugs and rodents and these cans are now pristine!

I have been using Spiffy Bin for several years, and they do a fantastic job. Our garbage and recycling bins are sparkly clean every time they visit. I especially appreciate how they go the extra mile by bringing the bins up to my garage rather than leaving them in the street. I highly recommend Spiffy Bin services!

Leaving 3 stars because it worked fine for almost a year, until it didn’t. This month they were supposed to clean my bins. I noticed one bin was still very dirty. Called and rep apologized and said she’d send someone over the following week. Cool! Following week nobody shows up. Call again and same rep says very sorry and not sure how that miss occurred but that she would escalate to owner and make it right. Cool! Two days later still dirty bins, no call back from rep or owner. So now I have to call yet again. Ok - I’m done. If I need to call three times during my busy day to get a service that I’m paying for then something is clearly wrong. I don’t need my service providers giving me homework. I need simplicity, I need follow through and I need accountability. Called today and app

My trash bin was full of flies and even larvae crawling at the bottom, and the smell was awful. I contacted Spiffy Bin for a one time cleaning to see how it would go. All I had to do was leave my bin at my driveway. I didn’t even need to be home. They came on time and cleaned it so well that it looks and smells like new. No more odor, no flies, no larvae. I’m really impressed and will definitely sign up for quarterly service!
