Amazing quality ! They take care of our community pool exceptionally well. They always respond promptly to issues that arise. They aim for quality service and provide a very professional service. Our community could not be happier with the service .

We have had Nick manage our pool from start. He does a great job. He is personable and prompt at returning calls for pool questions or concerns.

Beware - No customer service. I recently spoke with Nick from Splash as he was in the field working in my neighborhood. I told him I needed a spring start up and he told me they were scheduling out 3 weeks for spring clean up on pools. He told me to call Rebecca and get an appointment so I did. I called the office but Rebecca did not pick up my call at 11am right after talking with Nick. I left a voicemail with all my details including service request, address and phone number. I called back a week and a half later to confirm she had me on the schedule and was told "we are not doing any green to clean services this year" Would have been nice if they would have called back and told me. That way I could have tried to find another provider. Terrible service. Seems pretty simple

Competitive prices . Glad I chose Nicholas and his team to come out for a quote. He saved me thousands of dollars telling me I didn't need repairs the other guy said I needed. Highly recommend.

Nick was awesome. Service was beyond excellent, timely and the price for the work was unbeatable. Literally hundreds less than others quoted. This WILL be my new pool company, no doubt.
