Their customer service is about the worst. My wife bought the spa from them over 10 years ago. We've had them come out and work on it several times and had good technicians. We've been dealing with a leak and the technicians they've sent don't sound like they are very confident. They ordered new jet nozzles in October. In November, after me calling to find out the status, they sent a technician out, with the wrong jets. He told me he'd guarantee they would have the right ones in 2 weeks. Again, it wasn't until my wife called in December and talked to the manager Brian, who advised her that this was the first he'd heard there was a problem. I find that hard to believe because when you call, you speak with either him or, I think Sreve, there's only 2 that work the desk. But he assured her th

We purchased a glider 20 years ago and now need new cushions. The manager had to look up the sale get the proper dimensions and inform us they do not carry that supplier any longer. With that the manager went into great lengths to find dimensions in another supplier and finally did so. Service like we received is no longer a privilege at stores and usually just the opposite. I will continue to support our neighborhood retail store for at least 20 more years. Thanks to the manager.

Purchased a 10k hot tub and they were all smiles working to get sale but after install it was like we didnt exist. Had issues with hot tub and little to no help from store manager. He said they would help on phone but got none. Last contact was they were going to look into it and never got a call again.... Not happy with this company.

Negative stars - Micah and Brian, the two "managers", using that term very loosely, are the most unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rudest people I have ever encountered! When I called the store to inquire about a hot tub and spoke to Brian a couple months ago he seemed helpful. I went in later that same day and did not even get acknowledged upon entering the store. I waited around for a couple minutes before finally asking someone to speak to Brian. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of him regarding the hot tubs, as if he really didn't care to sell any or not. I finally got information I needed and passed it along to my boyfriend. Zero stars! This will be long but please read if you are thinking about purchasing from them. We went in on June 7 to see what’s available. After some research they definitely had the better prices. So we decided to order. Micah got very excited because they supposedly had the pool in stock and told us we could possibly get it that Friday. We (me and my 2 kids) were so excited that we may have a pool in a week! So we started getting the yard ready and decided to sell our easy set pool. First call was that Friday to check, part of the pool wasn’t in. Since then I have called almost daily for a month to check, there was a new excuse every time I called.
