Absolute best customer service. Nothing but the best from the new owner. Ladies are very nice up front and the service techs are kind and meticulous with their work. Prioritize their customers and service work. Clean store and great cost compared to other places. Free water testing and chemicals are all in store.

TOM NO LONGER OWNS THE BUSINESS😢😢😢😢 They recently changed owners. Prior to that I had a good working relationship with them (tom) and they did what they said they were gonna do. I did not doubt their integrity or honesty. I cannot say the same now. I called them for a leak that I was having to add water to maintain the water level of my pool about every three days. I made the mistake of assuming they would’ve told me I probably had a significant pipe leak that they couldn’t fix. But that’s not what happened. They came out and repaired a seal. After about 2 days, I noticed the water level was still dropping When I told them the leak was continuing, they said it was raining and they would come back out sometime next week when it was dry so they could find the leak. We just had our new liner installed by Splash Pools and wish to thank everyone who was involved with the purchasing and installation (Bryce,Gerald and Wayne) who were super nice, and very professional through the whole installation and left our pool area just as clean as when they came. Splash Pools had/has very poor quality when it comes to the construction of their pools. As a typical homeowner you might not see it or know it unless you have experience in the construction process like I do. Then you’ll have to sit there and watch them to make sure they don’t cut corners by saving in materials they don’t use but need to use. At 20 years in we found out just how VERY POORLY they put this pool in. 1) At 15 years the steps settled backwards. Although their contract states that they are not responsible for settling of earth that was not the problem with the stairs. The problem with the stairs is that there were only 2 pipes as support post under 1 stair and no other support post put underneath. As seen in photo.
