Brian came in and did some brush cutting and land clearing for me. He has AMAZING attention to detail and did an awesome job! It's amazing that I can just throw out an idea and he can take it and run with it. He actually turned it into something better than what I had envisioned! I really should be leaving 4 reviews. We have worked with Brian on multiple projects and things couldn’t have went better. All various scopes, Field prep and level for irrigation, created a trail system for our property, created a 2 track system on another. And Pond dug out. Any time I need anything they are the only call I make.

Brian did an excellent job plowing my driveway on short notice.

We highly recommend working with Brian at Sprok Property Management! We have used him to assist in prepping the ground to grade. Allowing for proper drainage and for a perfect seeding bed! Brian also was able to assist in removing a massive tree from one of our customers yard during storm damage that warranted skilled maneuverability with his excavator. Keeping from knocking down multiple neighboring fences while keeping damaged to a minimum to sod and adjacent planting beds. Thanks a lot Sprok Property Management!

From the moment they arrived, it was ALL WORK. They jumped in and not only made recommendations, but also took complete control of the project. Certainly, giving over the reigns to the pros was easy, watching them grt after it. Once Brian proved his capabilities and insight, the battle ensued to wrestle a lot of details, to a manageable plot of open land. Working together for the final leg, they went beyond my expectations to bring our property project in reach, to our vision.
