Sposato Company

I am very disappointed with this company’s landscaping work in our community. They repeatedly cut down baby shrubs that were purposefully planted. There have been times they only cut half the yard—leaving areas untouched. Worst of all, they run oversized mowers through wet grass, ripping up sod and destroying the lawn. I’ve put time, money, and effort into keeping my yard healthy, only to have it damaged by careless service. The lack of attention and care is frustrating, and it shows they are more focused on speed than quality. I don’t expect compensation, but I do expect better standards from a company entrusted with maintaining entire neighborhoods.

Horrible!! Four weeks ago they sunk a riding mower down the side of our yard into a swale. They used another mower to pull it out. They put ruts and pulled out the grass. The same day they ran over two stakes used for our pool cover. Freddie has never contacted us to make repairs. We have called their office at least 6 times. Go elsewhere! Anyone would be better than this operation!

I feel for all the people who have received less than average work by this company when myself and all my other neighbors who use them can never have enough good things to say about their help with seasonal options, their efficiency while at our yards, and their cleanliness with their landscaping. Not to mention- they are the kindest crew I have ever experienced. To everyone having the time to leave poor reviews and hurt business, perhaps a calm, cool, and collected conversation the next time the crew is at your property is due. Feedback is a two way street and they are professionals that should hear the feedback and act on it specifically to your wants/needs. Not to mention it could be a great start to rapport building between you and Sposato company.

Reached out to Sposato to ask for help removing some very large decorative grasses that had grown enough to overwhelm our front porch. Yes, I could have done it myself, but the price was so good and the work was done quickly and beautifully. Time to start getting the garden ready for spring planting!
