Shawn Pace was absolutely fantastic! He came out to fix & replace our leaking drain valve in our water heater and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Not only was he prompt and efficient, but he was also incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to explain what’s going on, offers trustworthy recommendations, and truly cares about doing the job right. We’re so grateful for his professionalism and kindness. If you need plumbing or HVAC help, I highly recommend requesting Shawn—he really goes above and beyond!

ALL the other reviews about Shawn were "SPOT ON" ! He was well rounded in his knowledge, and in my assessment visit with my HVAC system. As he saw things of concern, he also pointed those out, but didn't have to. He went above and beyond to help me with my app on my Google nest thermostat., and cleaned the cover to my attic access that was left dirty by previous companies that had come out. Overall a very pleasant, helpful, HONEST, and clean conscious guy.

Shawn came out to service our heater and did an excellent job from start to finish. He took the time to make sure our entire system was running efficiently, including checking the cooling side just to give us peace of mind. He also handled a water heater flush and explained everything clearly along the way. Great service, super friendly, and very thorough. Highly recommend!
