Spot Pond Tree Service Inc. ( Arborist)

This business is a total scam. They spent less than two hours trimming my black olive & charged $550. The pile of trimmings was less than 3 feet high. I’ve had companies spend all day trimming this tree for less money & the trimmings pile was 6ft high! Owner is argumentative & doesn’t listen. When I tried to explain anything he interrupted & talked over me. Absolutely terrible experience. UPDATE: As you can see from the response below, arrogance from start to finish. I hired this company for a "major clean out", because we plan on taking the tree out completely next summer. We've hired PROFESSIONALS to trim this tree for 25 years, & not once have I had an issue! Bob the owner is super knowledgeable and professional. Not only on time but early. When the job was completed a little bit ahead of schedule he knocked money off the bill.
