We made a reservation two weeks in advance for "Meet the Breeds Dog Show: Feb 7 & 8" at the Jacob Javitz, NYC. We knew it would extremely cold in advance, and our dogs could not be outside in that weather. Spot Hero did not deliver a spot, 100% anywhere near where we needed to be. Moreover, in the coldest days in New York City of 2026, at a temperature of 6.8 F = -14 C, with a real-feel of -11.2 F = -24 C outside. It cost us a lot of unplanned effort, time, and expense to get to our destination. Spot Hero only offered to pay for our spot somewhere else, which was ultimately less expensive, but not for the transportation between the Javitz and our car. It cost a lot more than we expected. The app itself was easy to use, but the real issue is the misrepresentation. For example, we paid the price shown in the app, only to arrive and find out the actual cost was double. It felt like a classic “get you in the door and then stick it to you” situation. I don’t understand why apps can’t simply show the correct price upfront without hidden fees or surprises. If you plan to use SPOT HERO, make sure you read the fine print very carefully.

Do not use this app. Somwtomes it works okay but I got charged an additional $10 for overstay when I had paid already and sometimes your reservation won't get accepted pr scanned at some parking garages. They didn't refund me my $10 but gave me a useless $5 credit. What nonsense. I will say the only good thing is sometimes you can get airport parking for cheaper at other garages than at the airport itself, but you don't necessarily need this app for that.

I do not recommend this parking garage. We prepaid for parking online prior to arrival, only to be turned away because the garage was full. Staff instructed us to contact customer service for a refund. When we did, we were told we must provide proof that we parked and paid elsewhere before a refund would be issued, which is unreasonable. This is clearly an internal issue that should be resolved between the garage and the online reservation system. The lack of communication and coordination is unacceptable. Do not book this garage for major events where parking demand is high.

Booked a parking lot online and paid for oversized vehicle, when we got there they said they can not take the vehicle they are too full and then we were sent to another location after contacting the facility. We go to he other parking lot and they say they never got a call and they want 50 dollars extra to pay for the vehicle. My family and I of 8 missed 2 quarter of the knocks game and were very upset. The parking attendants at both locations were nasty and rude Miguel at parking lot 1 and then Segundo at the second parking lot, never again will I book with this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Never book with this company
