Do not waste your time or money. I have tried to use the app several times I have been to New Orleans. There’s always an issue. Customer support gives me the run around and doesn’t keep track of phone calls. I spoke to one rep who told me that they could provide a full refund once I emailed the receipt. Did that and didn’t hear anything back. I then reached out again and was tossed between multiple reps. Their resolution was a partial refund and a credit to my account. It’s been a month and I haven’t received either. Tried to use my credit that I was told would be on my account and there was no credit available - had to pay in full. When I reached out I was told that my next visit would receive the credit. They give you the runaround so you use the app and they get your money, but they do

Who’s going to tell SpotHero that a refund comes BACK to the payment method and is NOT the same as a credit to your SpotHero account. We followed the rules and cancelled before the time of the reservation. We should be returned our money. I believe this is called theft.

Would not use P-142 or Hero again. My vehicle along with 10 others got the windows smashed. There has been numinous break-ins in vehicles at this lot but Hero continues to promote them.

Prepaid for guaranteed parking at lot 142 located on camp street arrived to no open spots even though Spot Hero says they “ monitor inventory to guarantee a spot” I had to wait for someone to leave I won’t be using this app again it’s pointless just pay once you park at the meter.

Waste of time to prepay. Especially during Mardi Gras weekend. No spots available and they don't mind refunding even though a refund does not help when you HAVE NO WHERE TO PARK!
