Spotless Carpet and Upholstery Services

My wool rug was in desperate need of cleaning, and this company delivered excellent results. They explained the rug cleaning process clearly, picked up the rug without any hassle, and returned it spotless. The attention to detail and customer service were outstanding!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews unless I am really disappointed or highly satisfied. In this case I was extremely disappointed. Scheduled a service for 10/26/21 and was told someone would be out between the hours of 12-3. When I called at 3 because no one had arrived I was told the tech in the area called out sick that I could reschedule if I wanted. There was absolutely no respect for my time shown nor did they try to make the situation right by sending another tech. A simple 5 minute phone call earlier to explain the situation would have allowed them to keep my business. When I stated that I found the situation unprofessional I was told “ok then”. I guess they have too many customers to care about one here or there. Will be bringing my business else where and suggest you do
