He and his technician were punctual, considerate about covering my hardwood floors, and very efficient. I purchased a house and thought I only needed a general carpet cleaning in the basement, but Marco quickly identified pet urine stains using a special light, something the previous company I contacted for an in person estimate never even mentioned! The cleaning was done well and they were able to get Moses off the stains out. The only stain left was rust from an old file cabinet but everything else was good. They guys were on time and finished under two hours. Highly recommend them!
