I paid for the most expensive gutter service, which included cleaning, flushing, and a gutter tune-up. I wasn’t home during the visit, but my security cameras show the crew was at my house for only 16 minutes and mostly just blew debris off the roof. The gutters were not flushed. After I complained, someone returned but said they were only there to check, not to complete the service. I had to insist they flush the gutters. Although they claimed everything was fine, a leak was found once the gutters were flushed. After snowfall today, another leak appeared in the same area I specifically asked them to check and was told was “okay.” Frozen water is clearly visible coming from the gutters. This service was rushed, incomplete, and not worth the premium price. Very disappointing experience.

I had such a great experience with Spotless. Their communication was super clear and professional — they texted me ahead of time prior to arrival, explained everything, and made the whole process really easy. The team arrived on schedule, were respectful of my property, and got right to work. They handled everything quickly but thoroughly, and even worked with my water spigot being inside the garage without any issue. My gutters look amazing now, and it honestly feels like a huge relief. The price was fair, the service was smooth, and the staff was really kind. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs gutter cleaning. Highly recommend!

Spotless Gutters is a first rate, 5-star service. John's online communication is prompt and informative. Their rates are more than reasonable and definitely competitive. The crew was on time, friendly, and courteous. Their work is thorough and professional. I highly recommend them. I doubt if you'll find a service as good in all of Westchester.

Miguel did a superb job power washing the blue slate of our front walk and back patio. The results are amazing. He is a great listener, respectful of the property and a very thorough worker. 💯 Through no fault of his own, due to truck/supply issues, he arrived late in the day Friday so it ended up being a 2 day job - at no extra charge. ✅ If he had a teammate with him the work would have gone faster. I also noticed he didn't have any PPE to protect him while handling the bleach spray. 😷

This company is incompetent at best when it comes to customer service. Our address states that it is North not South rd. Two years in a row they have charged us and said they must have cleaned the wrong gutters. Mind you, our property is well marked with large numbers and a huge blue mailbox and a wishing well type of well in our yard. We had to call multiple times. They said they would come back each time. Then they lied three times and said they completed the work. Three months later I still get texts that they are coming. Meanwhile one of our new windows and side of the house is being damaged due to the back up in our gutters. The window guys have come twice in the time that Spotless gutters has been leading us on. Please do not make this same mistake and book them.
