Great people to have on your side in a difficult situation. Their expertise, integrity, and calm under pressure were a pleasure to work with. A friend referred me to Spotless to help with an emergency sewer back-up. Phil from their operations team came within two hours, gave thoughtful advice, and did not try to upsell me. (Which would have been easy to do, given how upset I was.) I will be calling Spotless for any future services they offer that I might need.

Without doubt these guys embodied the quality and customer service I expect, but so rarely find in the business world. I had them clean my dryer vent, which they did, but they could not get on the roof to check the outlet. I was not unhappy with that service, they were thorough and clean. However my dryer kept alarming on low flow. So I got a new dryer thinking it can’t be the duct, but my new dryer still experienced flow problems. So I again suspected that something had been lodged in the vent pipe outlet. So I called them again. This time the big boss came out along with his team and he personally went up and down the entire length of the vent pipe to make sure it was clean. Phil and Christian came promptly to help after a sewage backup which resulted from the city's main line clogging up. They were fantastic! Always a delight to find another local business obviously committed to doing good and honest work. Though I hope I won't need you all for another sewage backup(!), I'm glad to know that you all cover a broad range of cleaning. Keeping your number in my phone, for sure!

The owner of Spotless Specialty Cleaning and Restoration, Doug, personally helped us, as all his crews were busy, and we wanted remediation to begin immediately to avoid mold and other problems from a hot water malfunction and basement flooding. Doug took all necessary steps to remediate our basement, was efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. We are very happy that we used their services, and we recommend them highly.

Christian and James cleaned out our dryer vent that had not been done since we moved in in 2018. Our vent goes into our garage, up the height of the garage and across the width of the house before exiting. Since I can't see in, the fact that the clothes dry more quickly let's me assume that they did a great job. Both men were very professional and friendly. If you can enlarge the picture, you'll see that James is covered in lint!
