Communicated well while getting an estimate online and gave me timely responses to my questions. On day of cleaning Nick notified me of his arrival time, gave me advice on how to maintain carpet after professional cleaning. Took his time ensuring all areas were cleaned to my satisfaction. Very knowledgeable about variety of carpets and how they wear over time. A+ work!!!! My carpets look like new!!!!
