My husband and I are retirees and VALUE the work and TRUSTWORTHINESS of Sprague's. Chris and Joey are PROFESSIONAL and RESPONSIVE. They RESPECT our PROPERTY....leaving it clean after each completed task. As seniors, it is PARAMOUNT we TRUST our contractors for various services and are ASSURED they will complete assignments with their business reputation in mind. Sprague's does that. Chris and his team did an awesome job redoing all my flower beds! They took the time to explain everything they were doing, type of plants they were planting and how to care for them. Would highly recommend Chris for any landscaping and/or lawn care you need.

After a search of small business landscapers , I found Sprague’s kik’n grass . They were quick to return my call , and worked with my busy schedule to set an appointment for an estimate. They were quick to do the job and required payment only after the project was finished . The owner even came by after it was completed to ensure the quality of the work and to put some “ pre-treatment” for weeds on . They went above and beyond in so many ways . The work was professional, the employees were friendly, the owner was genuinely interested in making sure everything went off without a hitch , and their services were affordable . Texted to get initial quote. He responded and did an initial quote. He stated he does weekly services, I asked if he offered every other week services. He promptly shut me down and said he's not the right company for us. I was shocked. Extremely rude. I don't know this company or terms and didn't think asking questions was a bad thing. Hard pass on this customer service. Too many options around to put up with this level of service. I originally asked if you offered "biweekly services" then realized my mistake and was clarifying that I meant every other week as "biweekly" means two times per week. Our lawn is always kept in top shape, and he does some landscaping on our trees and bushes too. He will always keep you updated when the weather doesn't cooperate. We have been regular clients for 4+ years, and I highly recommend his services. I've had professional landscapers in the past, but Chris is by far the best!
