I parked here with a monthly pass ($132/month), and my catalytic converter was stolen. The thieves also cut my O2 sensors and caused several thousand dollars in damage—which wasn’t covered by insurance. I was shocked to find out there’s no 24-hour security and very limited surveillance. When I tried to get help from Montgomery County Parking, they were unresponsive. I emailed the contact they gave me—no response. Phone calls went unanswered. On top of that, they refused to take any responsibility and didn’t even refund my full parking pass. They claimed a disclaimer was “on the website,” but there’s no signage in the garage or where I bought my pass, and I was never told a website even existed. It was easy to find a spot at 11 am. There are parking meters at each spot that take coins, or you can pay using the passport app. It was about $2.30 for two hours. It's safe and clean.

The State or county legislation raised property taxes by 10%. And I've seen contractors come and paint the entire upper beams of this garage on probably 3 separate occasions. Way to waste taxpayer funds.

I parked here on a Sunday to meet a friend for lunch. My car was broken into, and all my belongings were stolen. The county/city and police don't seem to care or do anything. Park with caution ⚠️

This garage is conveniently located and easy to access but it was a little confusing. They seem to have two sections designated for short term and long term parking but I didn't see any sign noting what qualifies as "long term". All I know is, the long term section didn't have meters and the signs only required a parking pass between certain hours Mon.-Fri. so I parked there (It was a Sunday night). We were attending a show at the nearby Fillmore so I assume it was during more "off hours". No issues (tickets or fees) and easy to get in and out of from the street. Very close to shopping and entertainment areas.
