This is the fourth time that I’ve tackled a home build, and Nick and his crew at Spring Creek Homes made it the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had. My goal was to build a one level home for retirement years, scaled down in size but with high-quality finishes and modern conveniences, and he absolutely made it easy to achieve this. The team of subs he has in place for each stage of the build are top notch - they listened to my input, gave advice when needed, and delivered results beyond my expectations. Best of all, without exception they were polite, had high work ethics, and never missed appointments! Nick is very transparent in his pricing and bid process, is fantastic about providing monthly updates, and this made it super simple for me to focus my funds in the places that matter

Nick Jensen's ship runs super efficient cant say that about all builders but this company has their crap together and is anxiously striving for more and more efficiency. Fantastic GC arguably the best in town.
