Kellie’s is a very dedicated person. He takes great care of my lawn home. He walks around the entire property to check for any weeds before starting to apply the weed killer. Watching from inside my house, I felt very satisfied and impressed. Companies are truly fortunate to have employees like him.

Spring Green sends text messages before each visit to check if we have any specific needs, and Andrews truly makes us feel like part of the Spring Green family. Not only did he message ahead of time, but he also took a moment to ask how my husband and I have been doing since his last visit. That meant so much to us, especially since my husband had a stroke last year. With all the customers they serve—and considering we’re usually not outside when the team arrives—it speaks volumes that he remembers us. I also want to recognize David, Marie, and Charlotte. They are always kind, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to meet customer needs. This entire team makes you feel cared for and appreciated.

Andrew always texts me to alert me as to when he is arriving. He then asks if there are any concerns or problem areas he should give extra attention to. After he finishes he lets me know if he found anything out of the ordinary and what he did to remedy the situation. Andrew cares and understands customer service. In my opinion, he is a true asset to his company.

Recently, Kellie has treated our yard and she has patient to listen and understand. Also honest and alert. I will definitely, recommend to friends. Could you please send her to service our property whenever a service is due.
