Spring Green

Attached photos are after 4 years of Spring Green service. My yard is full of bald spots which have gotten progressively worse and I got an HOA fine for the weeds. When I called to complain, they sent someone out who sprayed the biggest weeds only (a few leaves shriveled but they didn’t die) and then they charged me for the visit.

I ordered one year service with spring green in 2023. And I'm extremely unsatisfied with them. In 2024, their guys directly came to my house and did the treatment without my permission. Then they send me the bill. Back to March I attached pictures showing how bad the weed was and claimed I won't pay for the bill as I’ve had other guys take care of my lawn. Instead of being shamed about how bad the work they did, these guys still sending bills to me. Pictures attached shows how many weeds I had after one year service from them.

The 800 number on the ad (if you received one) is a central call center; the number listed on Maps is local to the owners. I was trying to get things resolved with the call center. The owners seem much more responsive. Appreciate them reaching out to address my concern. Keeping my 2 star review, as I'm not happy with the current state of part of my yard (that Spring Green, to be fair, wasn't told to care for), but will update when I see changes. Customer for 1 year. Very happy with Spring Green lawn care service! We switched to Spring Green earlier this year and Kevin is our lawn service tech and does a great job! He was highly recommended by our neighbor who Kevin also services his yard. I noticed the change in our yard not too long after Kevin started servicing our yard. He really cares, listens and takes the time to do a great job to give customer satisfaction. Michelle in the office also does a great job as well by contacting us prior to service and answering any questions or concerns regarding our lawn service.
